The Ministry of Economic Development of Perm Krai started creation of the situational center

On July 21, 2015 it became known of agreement signature about strategic cooperation between Prognoz company and the Ministry of Economic Development of Perm Krai.

Project Tasks

Under the terms of the agreement, the contractor should create the situational center for solving of tasks of monitoring, the analysis and forecasting of state of the economy in Perm Krai. Use of the multifunction software package developed on the basis of technologies of Prognoz company will help to conduct monitoring of problem situations in the field of economy, to analyze ways of development, to build mid-term and long-term forecasts that as a result will help the management of the ministry to develop more effective solutions in the field of public administration.

The second direction of cooperation of the Perm company and edge ministry provides interaction in the field of development of educational projects and promoting of information technologies in Perm Krai. Here the main objective – creation of edge Competence Center in the field of the analysis and forecasting of economic processes with involvement of scientific laboratories and centers and also training center of Forecast.

According to terms of agreement, within the competence and the legislation of the Russian Federation the ministry will render Forecast assistance in promotion of solutions of the company in Russia and abroad that will allow the last to expand opportunities regarding involvement of new clients.

"Opening of the situational center of economic development of Perm Krai and Competence Center will promote acceptance of the weighed strategic decisions. The Prognoz company for this purpose has all necessary technical infrastructure, serious base of competences, - Leonid Morozov, the head of the Ministry of Economic Development of Perm Krai said. – According to order of the President of Russia on support of non-oil export the ministry within the agreement will render to the company all necessary consulting, information and organizational assistance in promotion of its goods and services both in Russia, and on space of the Eurasian Economic Union and abroad in general".
