"Pilot" automated business processes in "Rhythm-2000"

On July 20, 2015 the Ritm-2000 group announced agreement signature with Pilot group about implementation of the set-up solutions on the SAP platform.

Project Tasks

Project objective - increase in speed, transparency and controllability of processes of trade. According to preliminary estimates partners in the project, implementing solution will help to reduce costs for 15% in 2 years of operation.

"Rhythm-2000", 2014

According to the president of Chkhatval company Harminder Singh, implementation of this unique complex of solutions  will start process of significant changes in the business processes which developed during an era of paper document flow of the enterprise. In the conditions of large enterprise with geographically distributed network structure importance of creation of the complete integrated information management system with the single database grows. In the course of implementation of such system the possibility of flexible distribution of functions between the central office and remote divisions appears, their interaction becomes simpler, the transparency of business processes increases, the efficiency of data management increases. With implementation of this project the new principles of joint work of the company on uniform result on which success of the enterprise in many respects depends are underlain.

For achievement of an effective objective experts of Pilot offered a complex own, the set-up solutions created on the SAP platform:

• Pilot For Retail & Wholesale Distribution improves key processes of trade (both retail, and wholesale).

• Pilot Extended Warehouse Management increases effective management of warehouse complexes.

• Pilot Loyalty Management increases loyalty of buyers, number of repeated purchases and as a result sales volume.

• Pilot Business Analytics For Retail provides collecting, storage, the analysis of all corporate information and as a result acceptance of more justified management decisions.

Project Progress

Works on implementation were performed by specialists of department of SAP of Pilot Group.

Active participation in the project of specially trained group of experts from the customer is supposed. For risk minimization and achievement of optimal results specialists of the customer and the contractor developed strategy of the most painless transition to the new platform with gradual start of products on different activities of holding. In total nine stages of implementation are supposed, first of which it is going to complete in the 4th quarter 2015.

Project Completion

December 10, 2015. The Pilot group announced completion of creation of business processes of distribution of alcoholic products of Ritm-2000 holding. The project based on own solutions of the system integrator included two stages: accounting of alcoholic products from planning to financial results and optimization of a warehouse, representatives of the company integrator reported TAdviser.

The solution of Pilot company allowed:

• perform transition to a new system "to the day";
• to increase security with stocks by 20% shops of retail chain stores "Rhythm-2000";
• almost double the speed and accuracy of processing of shipments to retail chain stores;
• integrate the accounting system on alcohol distribution allowing is automated to submit the alcoholic declaration to Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation (FSRAR).

Development Plans

Transfer to the solution of Pilot company of all centers of distribution "Rhythm-2000" and retail networks of shops of holding is planned for 2016: "Cart", Economy, "4 seasons", Orange and "Free merchant". The CRM system will be in parallel implemented and the central production of food is automated. Besides, transfer to the solution of Pilot company of the current loyalty program "Rhythm-2000" is planned. As a result the holding will have an opportunity to approach more individually each client in terms of his preferences and feature of conducting purchases, noted in the company.
