2018: Document flow upgrade

On September 4, 218 the Cognitive Technologies company reported that it will perform complex upgrade of document flow in Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Management of departmental protection of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation ("UVO of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation") based on an electronic document management system and business process automation "E1 Euphrates".

According to the company, "UVO of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation" since 2013 used former versions of the E1 Euphrates system for automation of internal document flow. However, in connection with increase in scales of organization activity, growth of number of her employees, the needs for updating of the existing software for workflow automation and expansion of its functionality and also need of implementation of import substitution, the organization made the decision on complex upgrade of an existing solution.

The Cognitive Technologies company should perform works on transition EDMS with DBMS MS SQL on PostgreSQL with opened source code, not requiring additional licensing.

In recent years many domestic state enterprises passed from outdated schemes of tariffing of software, the western developers introduced still in the early nineties to the Russian market, to modern practices, uses of domestic solutions and products with the open code. It is supposed that within transition to "UVO of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation" the number of at the same time working users will be increased twice.

According to representatives of the company, party calculate that as a result of upgrade more than high-speed performance of a system will grow by 50%, instruments of service and maintenance of a system from the administrator will be improved.

In the updated solution there will be more developed tools of the thin client. In particular, the possibility of use of tabular and other difficult details for the description of documents will appear. Thanks to it, it is supposed that the intensity of its use will significantly increase. In the updated system support of the next versions of the electronic signature and state standard specifications of versions of software on data protection is provided. Besides, for the customer there will be a functionality of support of version control and also the designer of routes with a possibility of creation of complex circuits of approval and the statement of instructions will significantly be updated. Due to the updating of the staff of IT department of "UVO of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation", Cognitive Technologies plans actions for training of new staff of the organization in administration of the upgraded EDMS.

2015: Implementation of EDMS "E1 Euphrates"

On July 21, 2015 the Cognitive Technologies company announced implementation in Federal State Unitary Enterprise UVO Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of an electronic document management system "E1 Euphrates".

Project Tasks

In communication of c need of process optimization of work with documents and improvement of mechanisms of control of execution, the enterprise makes the decision on transition to the automated electronic document management system.

Project Progress

Staff of Federal State Unitary Enterprise UVO Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation was trained in Cognitive Technologies training center.

Especially for Federal State Unitary Enterprise UVO Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation the E1 Euphrates system was upgraded: the rules connected with registration, processing, preparation, approval, storage and accounting of documentation, control of performing discipline and management are added.
