On July 22, 2015 the Borlas consulting group announced completion of audit of an organizational functional structure of JSC FGC UES.

Project Progress
The Borlas company by request of JSC FGC UES developed recommendations about optimization of an organizational functional structure of the customer.
Consultants of the contractor together with department of personnel management and organizational engineering of the customer carried out the deep analysis of functions of an administrative and managerial personnel. The project mentioned all chain of command, including executive office and production branches of JSC "FGC UES".
The detailed description of activity is created, target functional cards are created. Work is carried out using the special software that significantly reduced terms of collecting and quality of data processing.
On the basis of the acquired information possibilities of improvement of an organizational functional structure are analyzed and recommendations are prepared. The hidden reserves for improvement of the administrative and managerial block and a management system are revealed.
Project Results
According to the results of the project increase in standardization and unification of an organizational functional structure of branches is provided that will help to improve transparency of management processes and procedures on seats and in executive office.
