Main areas of activity of the enterprise

• preparation of documents for registration and deregistration of citizens at the place of residence and place of stay;
• settlement with the population for the provided housing and communal services for the municipal, private housing stock and enterprises - suppliers of housing and communal services;
• recalculation of housing and communal services to the population;
• collection and recording of water supply meters readings;
• formation, printing and delivery to citizens of a single payment document;
• working with the social departments of the city;
• ongoing monitoring and analysis of the timeliness and completeness of collection of public payments;
• formation of reporting documents for HOA/CC and suppliers in terms of services at addresses, for each house and apartment in particular;
• creation, maintenance and maintenance of a unified database of housing and communal services of the settlement;
• participation in the process of taking measures to recover debts from consumers of housing and communal services;
• Systematic work with citizens in arrears in housing and utilities.
