On July 22, 2015 the Technologies of the Future company announced delivery and installation of a management system for an electronic queue of Neuroniq in the Uniform settlement cash downtown of Shchyolkovo.
Project Results
Installation of a system - one of a complex of the actions directed to acceleration of process of acceptance of visitors and increase in customer service. Interaction with the population – one of priority tasks for the management of ERKTs Shchelkovo LLC, and the project it was executed in a short time.

For registration of visitors in queue, at office of service of the population the touch floor terminal of an electronic queue with the built-in thermal printer and uninterruptible power supply unit is installed. Information on a status of queue, the visitors called on service and numbers of the windows providing services is output to a wall LCD panel.
The special software with advanced functionality is installed on computers of staff of ERKTs which are directly servicing visitors. The software module of Neuroniq operator allows not only to call the client following in turn, but also to postpone service of the called client (for example, in need of filling of documents), to register the client on receiving an additional service, to send it to other window.
The software of Neuroniq offers ample opportunities on control of process of service of the population by the staff of ERKTs. Information on a status of queue is displayed on the computer of the administrator of the hall online, in particular, color indication of customer numbers for which the limit of waiting or service is exceeded is provided. It allows the administrator to react quickly to increase in queue, for example, to connect the additional employee to rendering service, demand by which is increased.
