"Synergy" carried out upgrade of SCS of contact center

On July 22, 2015 the LanKey company announced implementation in contact center of the Sinergiya university of a structured cabling system.

For quality improvement of service of entrants, students and listeners at university the specialized contact center providing fast and high-quality feedback coupling with the university from any region of Russia is organized.

At the end of 2014 the Sinergiya university announced the tender for works on installation of a structured cabling system in contact center. Based on the tender the company - LanKey system integrator became the winner.

Project Progress

In the course of project implementation specialists of LanKey studied requirements imposed to future system and created the solution answering to the purposes and tasks of the Sinergiya university.

Horizontal and vertical subsystems of the structured cabling system answering domestic and to international quality standards are developed in premises of contact center. After completion of installation works a system passed test by the cable analyzer, results of testing and executive documentation are in full transferred to engineering services of the customer.

Project Results

The installed structured cabling system - a basis of an information system of contact center of the Sinergiya university is also responsible for its smooth operation and availability of necessary services.

The structured cabling system in the round-the-clock mode provides access to resources of the computer network and the Internet, reliability of transmission channels of communication and has necessary potential for further scaling.
