In November, 2014 the Technology of Logistics Systems company completed the project on delivery of a hardware and software system based on Infor SCE 10 for Mystery Electronics company. The project was implemented in a new warehouse of class A, of 14000 sq.m., 22,000 pallets of storage, located in the logistic Synkovo park. Project term - 5 months.
The Mystery Electronics company is a producer and the supplier of home and climatic appliances, house audio/video by the equipment and automobile electronics. In assortment of the company more than 8000 SKU.
Optimization of logistic transactions, cutting of costs for warehousing and exit to higher level of customer service was a purpose of Mystery Electronics company.
The TLS company carried out inspection of the warehouse Mystery Electronics and on the basis of the analysis of the logistic environment together with the Customer developed the requirements list to functionality of WMS.
For the solution of assigned tasks the Technology of Logistics Systems company proposed the solution Infor Supply Chain Execution 10 which proved around the world thanks to extensive functionality, flexibility, adaptivity to specifics of business and a possibility of system integration with the accounting system and the necessary software.
Within the project the TLS company optimized warehouse topology and also developed and applied a complex of actions for reorganization of warehouse processes. Owing to the carried-out work use of net volume of a warehouse increased, performance of works increased.
Synchronization of data of WMS Infor Supply Chain Execution 10 and the Accounting system (1C) of the Customer in real time allowed to increase data transfer rate by a warehouse, to optimize order processing, to minimize risk of errors and to increase coefficient of PO (perfect order).
Thanks to personalisation of warehouse processes responsibility of employees increased and the possibility of performance control of each employee appeared.
Project tasks also included delivery of all hardware systems for work of a warehouse: server group, data collection terminals, equipment for a local network. The organization of a reliable failsafe information system capable to work 24 hours a day 7 days a week with the maximum load according to the purposes of the organization became result of implementation of the modern IT platform using the server systems of IBM and software tools of Oracle.
Use of recommendations of "TLS" about improvement of business processes and system implementation of Infor Supply Chain Execution 10 allowed Mystery Electronics company to raise financial and qualitative target performance and also to improve customer service.
