The Bashkortostan customs included VKS for interaction of employees

On July 23, 2015 the TrueConf company announced implementation in structure of business processes of Bashkortostan customs of the Federal Customs Service (FCS) of the Russian Federation solutions for TrueConf Server video conferencing.

Project Tasks

The structure of Bashkortostan customs provides existence of seven customs posts, three of which act in Ufa (one – in the customs building, another – at a distance of about 10 km in an industrial part of the city of Ufa (Ufa t / o), the third – at a distance of about 20 km from the customs building (t / p the Ufa Airport), and four customs posts and department of a customs clearance - in the different cities of the Republic of Bashkortostan (Salavat, Sterlitamak, Neftekamsk, Tuymazy, Beloretsk).

That acceptance of management decisions and settlement had operational character, personal presence of heads of customs posts at the meetings held by the chief of customs was required. It increased costs of customs for business trips and payment of fuel and lubricants. Became obvious that rapid response to change of a situation is impossible without existence of high-quality video conference.

Project Results

Structural divisions of Bashkortostan customs on a permanent basis provide training in programs of advanced training for officials. Generally all officials of customs posts (about 150 people) were trained using TrueConf Server.

Implementation of TrueConf in Bashkortostan customs improved interaction of employees, increased decision making speed, reduced time expenditure of employees and financial - the budget.
