JSC ATEK completed the first stage of system implementation of automation of thermal networks

On July 23, 2015 the Soft-portal project company announced implementation in IT structure of JSC Autonomous Heat Power Company of the system "Management of a Heating System".

Project Tasks

In structure of JSC Autonomous Heat Power Company 171 boiler houses, 139 TsTP (central heat distribution stations) and thermal networks with a total length of 572.2 km work. in the city of Krasnodar.

The reliable management system providing operating and full control over activity of all branches and divisions is necessary for the difficult and structural enterprise. The company management made the decision on creation of the uniform center of accounting and enterprise management with an opportunity for work of all branches in the on-line mode.

The software product "1C:Enterprise 8 is selected . Management of a heating system", developed by Soft-portal project company. The program considers industry specifics and implements all opportunities of the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" that fully satisfies to requirements of the modern enterprise of thermal networks. The industry specifics in this solution are taken out in separate modules and objects of a configuration.

Project Progress

In November, 2010 the implementation project began to be executed.

Transition to the system of such scale within the functioning enterprise – a difficult organizational, technical and technology task therefore the decision on step-by-step system implementation was made. The companies contractors charged the first stage – automation of accounting and tax accounting, synchronization of data with the existing program in which calculation and charge of consumption of heat power to subscribers, cost accounting by generation sources is conducted.

Within the first stage works are performed:

• The automated account policy is created;
• All main reference books – objects of analytical accounting are configured;
• Personnel data from the previous program are transferred;
• Wage arrears by employees as of 1/1/11 are transferred;
• Documents on salary payment for January-February, 2011 are loaded;
• Average earnings for 2009-2010 are transferred;
• The automated workplace of timekeepers-accountants on operational areas is organized;
• Sheets for January-March, 2011 are created, the balance of working time is reduced;
• Setup of accounting of salary is carried out;
• The new document "Universal advice" for intraeconomic settlings with branches is developed and implemented in a configuration;
• The complex of software processing operations is developed for data transfer on fixed assets from the previous databases;
• Data on consumers (partners) of heat power are transferred and verified;
• Data entry of new agreements of consumers of heat power is organized;
• A help system on objects of production is created and synchronized with the available data;
• Directory synchronization of partners and agreements is configured;
• The complex of processings on loading of the documents "Sales of goods and services" by the nomenclature of shipment of heat power, "The report of production for change" - release of kalkuliruyemy products by generation sources is created;
• The complex of the processings on monthly data loading prepared by production departments in the form of spreadsheets on the consumed energy resources (the electric power, gas, water) on large suppliers in the document "Goods and service receipt" is created;
• Setup of registers for cost value closing is carried out;
• The balance and the declaration on income tax in 1 quarter 2011 taking into account requirements of PBU18/2 is created.

Are put into operation of a subsystem:

• Own fixed assets;
• Leased fixed assets;
• Release of own products and services in repair of the heat power equipment;
• Release of heat power;
• Accounting of the VAT;
• Cash accounting;
• Purchases (central warehouse);
• Accounting of Inventories and overalls;
• Implementation of heat power and other services;
• Management of settlement;
• Personnel records and settlings with personnel;
• The regulated reporting.

During the course of performance the first stage of the project 50 jobs are automated.

Project Results

With implementation of the software product "1C: Management of a heating system" the enterprise moved to a new level in accounting, the analysis of the acquired information and planning, both production, and financial resources. Specialists and company management had an opportunity of full control of activity of the enterprise and its branches. The efficiency and quality of work of employees considerably increased.

There was an opportunity to quickly obtain information on a debt status, to take measures for repayment of debts, more quickly to carry out work on a design of the claims and claims to heat consumers having overdue payment duplication of information between subscriber department, finance division, accounting is liquidated.

The efficiency of data acquisition on banking activities thanks to hands-off processing of the bank statement is reached. Information on the arrived payments becomes available to specialists of subscriber department right after delivery of the statement.

Decrease in investments of the enterprise on an information system and reduction of operating costs for maintenance and updating of a software package became additional positive effect from centralization of accounting.

For July 23, 2015 works of the 2nd stage of the project regarding implementation of the industry block of the program are performed by specialists of JSC ATEK.
