GIS PPR View (Decision Support GIS) - designed for integrated presentation of information from distributed sources of analytical and geodata.

The operation of the system is based on the use of an interactive electronic map of the territory, which provides a visual representation of heterogeneous data - analytics, passports of monitoring objects, photo, video materials - in relation to spatial data and the timeline.

GIS PPR View, 2014

In the View GIS, the system publishes spatial and analytical data from external information resources operated by the controls in the web interface without overloading the data. This provides access to up-to-date and reliable information. The analytical data source can be the information and analytical support PC for managing the Aspect region, developed by Neolant Group of Companies.

The formation of links between elements of heterogeneous information about monitoring objects and its binding to spatial data contributes to a complex perception of the situation.

The ability to choose the level of analytical data presentation - district, region, district, settlement - allows you to analyze the information in the required section.

  • Planning the situation based on the analysis of incoming data in relation to the timeline. Including investment planning by publishing information on existing and planned investment projects and sites with the possibility of forming preliminary estimates for budget types.

  • Monitoring the implementation of strategic plans for the management of the territory.
  • Conduct meetings using prepared thematic maps containing spatial, analytical and graphical data and user notes according to the agenda.

Visualization of information

  • Presentation of data in the web interface
  • generation of "electronic atlases" - uploading cards in jpeg, pdf formats;
  • The ability to customize the on-the-fly display of analytical data (diagrams, graphs, tables) and the color palette.
  • Representing the states of objects in a timeline reference
  • adapting the interface to use on touch devices (touchscreen).

Technical details

The View GIS is based on the GIS platform ArcGIS (ESRI) 10.x using the ArcGIS API for Silverlight, the information store operates under the control of the SUBDOracle 11g (XE version is allowed ).

GIS PPR "ANGLE" provides access to geodata published on various geographic information platforms, values of analytical indicators from external information systems connected using a universal web service.
