On July 24, 2015 the Aflex Distribution company announced project completion of automation of input of paper documents in SAP ERP of Rexam PLC company.
Project Tasks
Business of Rexam PLC company assumes the large volume of the works connected with paper documentation and its processing. The Rexam company in Russia needed reduction of time and labor costs on processing of sets of primary finance documents.

The customer set the task: in a short space of time to automate transfer process of finance documents in an electronic form with the subsequent extraction of necessary information in the ERP system of SAP and formation of automatic postings.
The Aflex Distribution company which offered the optimal solution at the cost and functionality - the product Kofax intended for scanning, recognition, check and entering of documents in a system became the IT partner in the project.
Project Results
With Kofax product introduction the customer lowered labor costs of finance division on processing of primary data, the efficiency of business processes is increased.
