R-Pharm completed creation of the uniform automated control system for business

On July 27, 2015 the SAP company and R-Pharm group announced the beginning of SAP implementation of ERP.

According to the statement of the companies, R-Pharm is going to centralize and automate SAP implementation work of all branches, to optimize business processes according to the advanced international standards in the industry.

With implementation of the uniform automated control system for production in the company expect increase in level of control and quality of the reporting, accuracy of operational production planning, the financial and economic analysis and, as a result, increase in profitability and business performance. By the end of the project in a system about 300 users will work.

Project Progress

SAP implementation of ERP is begun on two production sites in Russia and Germany. It will help the company to increase quality of business process management at the enterprises entering into group, to standardize approaches to production organization, to reduce labor input of preparation of the reporting, to create the single database, to minimize risks of duplication and loss of information.

Project Results

On October 17, 2017 the company SAP also itelligence announced project completion of implementation SAP ERP for production management in the pharmaceutical company R-Pharm. The systems of production sites underwent the procedure of validation according to requirements of the GMP standards.

Use of mobile terminals in warehouses reduced labor input of accomplishment of accounting inventory operations by 25%. More than 300 employees work with project completion in a system.

In a project deliverable a common information space for all types of accounting is created:

• production,
• logistic,
• financial,
• managerial.

Algorithms of accomplishment of managerial procedures are created. Financial services received the tool for operating and anticipatory control over costs and expenditure of resources at the enterprises. It allowed to reduce quantity of safety stocks and unplanned purchases, to adjust control of consumption of materials on production.

In addition to automation of the production and logistic block, a management system for a warehouse complex and control block the quality, implements accounting:

• accounting,
• tax
• managerial.

It provided efficiency and accuracy of formation of management and financial statements, obtaining the detailed information on any type of accounting transactions in a system. Labor costs and time for preparation of the reporting under calculation of production cost value and to closing of a financial period are reduced.
