On July 27, 2015 the Novacom company announced project completion on product introduction Accounting of Building on the 1C Platform the Enterprise for the order of network OBI hypermarkets in Russia.
Project Tasks
The company management required to simplify a design and to accelerate issue of necessary documents to the staff of the service center of OBI shops working with legal entities, to create a system for formation of the necessary reporting for financial divisions of the company.

By preparation of finance documents in the formats required by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the customer used the ERP system of own development which had no necessary functionality of automatic data processing. Formation of documents had to be done partially manually that required a bigger amount of time for customer service.
As the partner in the project selected Novacom company.
Project Progress
Specialists of Novacom as the accounting solution suggested to use software of 1C Enterprise, it is well integrated with all systems used in the customer's IT infrastructure (SAP, Axapta, ERP of own development).
Complex approach to the project helped to understand tasks of the customer and to provide the solutions conforming to requirements of IT and business. In particular, managers interacted with IT department and financial service that helped to consider all requirements of the business customer.
During the course of performance the project service of import from the network folder where data of ERP arrive, in a 1C system is created, the 1C: Accounting 8 CORP configuration is finished.
Specialists of Novacom:
- developed and automated processes of filling of reference books (Partners, Nomenclature, "Agreements of partners", etc.),
- created Document register,
- organized printing of shipment documents,
- in a modifed configuration configured attributive and full-text search for the necessary document.
Project Results
According to the results of the project operational documentation - the instruction of the system administrator and the user guide is created. Software products 1C are installed at the central office OBI Russia and in all hypermarkets of network.
With project completion in the trading company procedures of document creation for legal entities are accelerated, work of staff of shops and financial services is simplified.
