RB Leasing implemented the system of an avtomatzation of accounting and the reporting under IFRS

On July 28, 2015 the Homnet Leasing company announced automation of regulated accounting and the reporting under IFRS in RB Leasing company on the software platform "Homnet Leasing 14".

Project Tasks

Earlier for conducting accounting and tax accounting, preparation of the reporting under international standards in RB Leasing the 1C: Accounting 7.7 program adapted for needs of leasing business and the table MS Excel which ceased to meet requirements of the company over time was used and had a number of shortcomings:

• low operational efficiency,
• a system not completely conformed to requirements of the legislation and did not allow to prepare the correct regulated reporting in the automatic mode,
• preparation of the international reporting occupied an essential amount of time,
• the analyticity of reports because of separation of initial data is not rather high.

For development the system allowing to automate fully activity of the company was required. Transition to the distributed industrial system "Homnet Leasing 14" became the most preferred choice from all, considered by specialists of the leasing company.

Project Progress

During the first stage of the project of automation specialists of Homnet Leasing company installed the software product, developed mechanisms for automatic transfer and reconciliation of data, executed data transfer from "1C: Accounting 7.7" and Excel in the information system "Homnet Leasing 14". User training to work with a system is provided, consulting support is given to the staff of RB Leasing when closing reporting period.

Automation of accounting according to IFRS on the basis of the module "Homnet Leasing of IFRS" became the second stage of the project. As a result key users of RB Leasing prepare the reporting under IFRS on the basis of credentials in the information system (uniform with the system of accounting under RAS) allowing to analyze any report on all making transactions that positively affects quality of the prepared reporting.

"Thanks to successful automation time necessary for reporting was reduced to 3 working days, and quality of training of the reporting under the international and Russian standards improved — Pavel Levskoy, the chief financial officer of RB Leasing company noted. - There is a separate wish to note high qualification of a project team of the contractor. The methodological component of projects on automation of accounting is rather volume and labor-consuming. Taking into account importance of this work for a project success it is necessary to trust it to professionals of the high level what employees Homnet Leasing are".

Part of the completions necessary for increase in system effectiveness is executed by development through a standard configuration. At use of such approach advanced functionality of the module IFRS — accounting of investment costs according to IFRS according to the actual supplier payments is automated (prefinancing).

Project Results

For July 28, 2015 system modules "Homnet Leasing 14" are put into operation. With RB Leasing the agreement on the level of provision of services — SLA (Service Level Agreement) within which a system is serviced far off by a support service of Homnet Leasing company is signed.
