RSA ECAT

RSA ECAT is the system of fast detection and blocking of threats raised difficulties on devices of users.

On July 31, 2015 the RSA company announced release of the upgraded version of RSA ECAT — solutions for protection of end devices against threats to the increased complexity and the malware.

RSA ECAT will help analysts to reveal and block quickly the malware which are missed by the operating IT security tools. The solution does not use the system of trust to traditional signatures of malware, but analyzes behavior of each process in an endpoint for control of suspicious indicators. This version of RSA ECAT allows blocking of suspicious activity on the user devices within all enterprise — irrespective of whether they are connected to corporate network. It reduces possibilities of malefactors - to use at the attacks activity out of connection to network.

The solution RSA ECAT provides active protection of end devices against threats to the increased complexity (advanced threats) due to fast detection and blocking or the premises in a quarantine of suspicious files and processes without use of signatures.

• The current version of the solution provides visualization, detection and reaction in real time for end devices even in case of disconnection from corporate network

• By means of an intelligent system of risks assessment of analytics will be able to react and work vv compliance with priorities of incidents

• In combination with the solution RSA Security Analytics of the software function allow the staff of the centers of monitoring of security (SOC) quicker and more precisely to detect and block the attacks of the increased complexity due to ensuring complete visualization within all enterprise — from end devices to a cloud.
