Sberbank started a digital asset management system

On July 30, 2015 the I-Teco company announced start of a digital asset management system for Sberbank^[1].

Project Results

Helps to create, transfer the solution of I-Teco on the basis of SharePoint Server using web technologies and on a centralized basis to approve promotional materials in all territory of presence of bank in the Russian Federation and abroad.

The updated digital asset management system adapts standard opportunities of a basic product to features of business processes of Sberbank, helping:

• work with uniform storage of electronic assets with continuous access from any place in the world for the staff of the company, temporary or limited access is provided to external partners;
• carry out approval, using visual methods of commenting directly on models;
• delegate tasks automatically and manually, including according to the schedule;
• create models of digital assets using the built-in module "Designer" directly in a system on in advance approved templates;
• observe corporate standards, using the Brandbook elements;
• execute full-text search on all materials of a system in which each section there are preconfigured filters on relevant metadata of materials for fast selection of materials;
• control access to digital assets, their relevance and geography of use;
• plan and approve activities and advertizing campaigns, including carrying out terms, materials, mechanisms of the notification on start and the termination;
• create analytical reports on system objects on the portal;
• automate interaction processes "bank bank" and "bank contractor".

For July 31, 2015 all marketing divisions of Group Sberbank work with a system:

• territorial banks,
• child dependent societies
• financial institutions.

Specialists of the contractor provide training and advise users from the customer, provide a hosting and the round-the-clock maintenance in own data center TrustInfo.

At the moment a system is demanded both in all marketing divisions of bank, and in child dependent societies of Group Sberbank, – Mirza Bayrambekov, the head of department of project management of department of system software solutions of I-Teco company noted. – Considering active expansion of geography of presence of bank in international financial market, there was a need of full use of two languages that was implemented in the new version of a system. Separately I want to note universality of the mechanism – each user works at "the" language, but at the same time the integrity of data in both languages is provided. Also we successfully involved mechanisms of automatic machine translation".
