"MOESK" upgraded the portal of service of technology accessions

Content

On August 3, 2015 it became known of upgrade of an informational portal on technology accessions to the electric networks of PJSC MOESK of utp.moesk.ru.

Project Task

The project of upgrade of the MOESK portal began in February, 2014. The main objective - in change and simplification of procedures of connection of new consumers of the electric power, improvement of customer service. The partner regarding project implementation - AT Consulting company.

Project Progress

During the project specialists of the contractor updated a personal account of the user of a system, created a subsystem of information exchange with external services, configured mailing of notifications, ensured safety of the portal. Upgrading the portal, developers considered requirements of the Government of the Russian Federation for import substitution of the software. Based on design and implementation in the portal there are no purchased program components, the new version of the portal is created on the platform of the free software. The new version is developed in parallel with support of the project of the website existing for the beginning, it remained on maintenance and entered necessary completions to it. Working operation of the portal is begun in February, 2015.

Project Results

The design and structure of the portal changed, there were opportunities for the clients wishing to carry out the procedure of technology accession without visit of offices of service. Clients of "MOESK" can submit documents for connection to network infrastructure in electronic form, sign documents with the electronic signature, keep track of the status of execution of requests, carry out payment under the agreement and receive a feedback.

The efficiency of the portal was noted in customer company: for 2014 the number of online requests and the agreements signed remotely grew by 15%, by 6.5 times the number of addresses by means of the portal increased.

For August 3, 2015 within the existing portal clients of "MOESK" can submit applications for technology accession, send and receive documents in electronic form, recover and renew documents, submit applications for additional services and requests for object passing of power grid economy for balance of "MOESK", to certify documents the electronic signature, to pay services with bank cards, to monitor the status of accession, to notify on accomplishment of specifications from client side using the interactive calendar, to receive a feedback. The new structure of the portal provides to clients of "MOESK" the complete information about technology accession to the electric networks.

Today PJSC MOESK is the only network company which gives the chance of complete online connection, including signing of documents the electronic signature and payment. According to the results of the project the number of clients who address to office PJSC MOESK in the course of technology accession was already reduced by 25%. Further we are going to develop a resource and to increase its convenience to clients even more" — Dmitry Pshichenko, the director of the department of development and maintenance of corporate automated systems of PJSC MOESK noted.
"We carried out the analysis of requests of users, popularity of different pages and depth of their viewing. Such approach helped us to solve qualitatively problems which faced PJSC MOESK and to implement opportunities really necessary for visitors. Also it was important to us to provide the continuity of business processes upon transition to the new version of the portal therefore during the project we supported the existing version which fully worked" — Alexey Chernikov, the head of AT Consulting company said.

The portal is integrated with automated information system of management of technology accessions of PJSC MOESK (AIS unique selling proposition) executed on 1C: Enterprise platform.
