In SU of the IC RF across the Komi Republic unrolled AIK "Supervision"

On August 3, 2015 it became known of deployment in Investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation across the Komi Republic of the SUPERVISION automated information complex (AIC). Works were performed by Ofis-Dok company.

Project Results

The specialized solution of AIK "SUPERVISION" is deployed by specialists of Ofis-Dok company in short terms. During operation a project team activity of divisions of investigation department was not interrupted.

Action in SU of the IC RF for the Komi Republic, 2014

The tasks set by the customer are solved:

• the documentary processes providing primary activity of investigation department are automated (document flow in investigating bodies is regulated according to the departmental Instruction for office-work and all processing procedures of documents in AIK "SUPERVISION" are implemented according to it);

• processes of document flow of divisions of central office and also investigative department of the city of Syktyvkar, are united in the general circuit;

• training of employees and individual consultations on work with a system is provided.
