Karcher completed automation of a regional warehouse

On August 3, 2015 it became known of automation of a regional logistic complex of Karcher company by means of implementation of the Russian warehouse management system Lead WMS.

Project Progress

Adaptation and implementation of the software solution were carried out by LogistiX group. The project of automation of a logistic complex is executed in Krasnodar using the warehouse management system LEAD WMS.

During the LEAD WMS project it is adapted by specialists of LogistiX for specifics of business of the customer, solution integration with a corporate system of SAP is executed. Complex approach allowed to plan activity of the logistic center without intervention of employees within uniform information center of data exchange.

Project Results

Process automation of a complex using WMS provided expense optimization on logistics due to increase in productivity of work of a complex, including fall forward and the accuracy of the transactions executed by employees. In the automatic mode control and management of warehouse stocks, employee performance is executed.

The management system independently assesses a situation in a warehouse in real time, creates optimal routes of the movement of personnel and the hoisting-and-transport equipment, builds tasks according to their priority and many other things. It provides increase in efficiency, both operational, and economic activity and allows to react to customer needs even quicker.
