Lamoda completed system implementation of identification and access control

On August 4, 2015 the Avanpost company and ARinteg company announced end of a large-scale implementation project of a management system for access rights and accounts of users of the class IDM of "Avanpost 4.0" in online store of fashionable goods Lamoda.r.

Project Tasks

Project objective - creation in Lamoda of a modern management system for identification of users for providing:

• centralized operation by accounts of users,
• automation and accelerations of process of registration of employees in information systems.

Project Progress

Project works were continued 5.5 months and executed in two stages. On initial stage setup of the solution Avanpost IDM according to official requirements of the customer is carried out. After the end of implementation works acceptance tests are carried out. 4.5 months later the decision on the translation of the solution Avanpost IDM in the mode of day-to-day running is made.

During the project for Lamoda the connector to a personnel system — 1C: Payroll and HR Management as the configuration used by the customer is configured for use in the geographically distributed international company is finished.

Project Results

As a result of joint work of ARinteg companies and the Avanpost process automation of management of access rights is executed, risks of information security are reduced, costs for administration of IT infrastructure are optimized.

Using Avanpost IDM the customer had an opportunity of creation of accounts to the employees or automatic blocking of the dismissed employee within 3 hours after making changes in a personnel system. Load of department of information security decreased, simplifying process of manual audit.
