The medical center "Akademiya" started means of two-factor authentication

On August 4, 2015 the ESET company announced delivery to the medical center "Akademiya" of a product of personal data protection - means for two-factor authentication of ESET Secure Authentication. Delivery was executed by Tekhkom company.

MTs "Academy" renders out-patient and polyclinic services to individuals more than 10 years. In its structure – six branches and kliniko-diagnostic laboratory in Ulyanovsk. In staff of MTs "Academy" doctors of 36 specialties. For operating time of the center in it more than one million patients asked for medical care.

ESET Secure Authentication protects data of the companies, adding the second authentication level (the temporary password) at remote access. The solution can be integrated almost in any authentication system – Microsoft applications, VPN and VDI systems, internal network or the system of remote access, the solution on the basis of the Active Directory or own databases. ESA maintains the majority of mobile platforms.

To secure access to medical data, we decided to use means of two-factor authentication of ESET. It is completely software product, its implementation does not require control of hardware devices and any additional costs. Our IT specialists noted simplicity of integration".
