Sakharov Sergey Vladimirovich is the head of administration of the city of Vladimir.

Biography

Sergey was born on October 2, 1968 in the city of Vladimir.

In 1992 graduated from the Vladimir polytechnical institute.

In 2004 graduated from the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation (The Vladimir branch).

From 1992 to 1996 worked as the chief of bureau of sale in JSC Vladimir Tractor Plant.

From 1996 to 1999 worked as the director, Spetskomtekhnika LLC.

In 1999 worked as the director of JSC VimpelCom in Vladimir.

Since 1999 worked as the deputy of Legislative Assembly of the Vladimir region of the third, fourth and fifth convocations - the Chairman of the Committee on economic policy and property, the deputy secretary of political council of VRO of the Batch United Russia on agitation and propaganda work.

For August 6, 2015 Sergey Vladimirovich Sakharov works as the head of city administration Vladimir.
