Government of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia (Projects of creation of the situational centers)

STs are the purposes of creation of IAS:

• 1. Formation of the tool providing the automated receiving from executive bodies of the government of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, public institutions of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic of diverse information on a situation in the republic, its processing, storage, the analysis and representation to the leaders of the republic for acceptance of management decisions.
• 2. Monitoring of statistical data in real time.
• 3. Increase in efficiency, efficiency and quality of management.
• 4. Formation of a common information space for executive bodies of the government of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.
• 5. Creation of the platform for integration of information resources at the level of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.

To IAS of STs it is intended for the solution of the following tasks:

• 1. Complex automation of collection of information.
• 2. Automation of control of indicators of primary branches of life activity of society.
• 3. Consolidation of statistical data on indicators at the level of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.
• 4. Operational formation of analytical reports on indicators from statistical and other reporting for the subsequent analysis.
• 5. Operational formation of visual representation of indicators (charts, diagrams, correlation schemes, etc.) statistical reporting for the subsequent analysis.
• 6. Creation of uniform storage of statistical and qualitative indexes (indicators) of the industries.
• 7. Visualization of key indicators of activity of executive bodies of the government of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic on the information and analytical portal.
• 8. Operational informing the management on the developed indicators of activity of executive bodies of the government of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.

In 2014 the contract for execution of works on development, upgrade and maintenance of an information and analytical system of the Situational center of the Head of RS(Ya) is signed and performed.

Works on updating of an information and analytical subsystem "the Government of RS(Ya)", for 25% of volume of functionality, used from the second quarter 2014 are carried out. Systems, including on modules:

•  "loadings of tax statements from the portal of FTS on RS(Ya), with creation of the section of tax statements";
•  "integration into the AIS "Situational Center of the Ministry of Economics of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic";
•  "collecting and the data loadings providing information filling of pages of operational data";
•  "loadings of tax statements from the portal of FTS on RS(Ya), with creation of the section of tax statements";
•  "integration into the AIS "Situational Center of the Ministry of Economics of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic".
• The works directed on are carried also out:
•  "Expansion of the existing database of a System";
•  "Creation new and upgrade of the existing pages";
•  "Upgrades of a subsystem Public procurements of the item.
•  "upgrades of a subsystem of visualization"
•  "upgrades of a subsystem of visualization"
•  "Upgrades of a subsystem Public procurements

In 2015 the contract on "Is signed execution of works on development and upgrade is information – the analytical section of a system of the Situational center of the Head of RS (Ya)". Purpose of works: increase in efficiency, visualization, convenience of access for users to information in a System due to implementation and use of modern information technologies, integration of the existing information resources, formation of uniform regulations of updating and information representation with ensuring access to all array of information in an evident indicative type, including using mobile devices.
