At any moment of and from any devices on iOS and Android statistics in two weeks or current month, the general analytics on the project and the forecast of development of the situation for the coming month is available to customers. For example, are automatically brought five the most relevant to the specific moment (or in the set time frame) subjects of addresses of users. Observing this analytics, the head can make the decision and pay attention to a certain section of customer service.
