On August 12, 2015 Borlas consulting group announced development of instruments of personel assessment for GAZ Group.
Project Progress
The pilot project was executed by group HR experts of Borlas company. It affected directorate on purchases of GAZ Group. Similar work is carried out in the production divisions of Gorky Automobile Plant responsible for release of the new model "Gazelle of NEXT": in assembly and body production and technology management. In total work is carried out for 206 standard positions:
- requirements to positions are developed,
- the model of competences is created,
- standard ways of career employee development are described.

The key performance indicators (KPI) existing in the company are built in the new system of personel assessment.
Lyubov Gorovaya, the leading consultant of department of human capital management of the Borlas group noted: "Under the terms of our customer agreement we gave the developed personel assessment methodology, estimated forms and algorithms of interpretation of results of assessment. It will allow to carry out further profiling of positions in other divisions by forces of HR division of GAZ Group. At the same time in case of need we perform consulting support".
Project Results
The expected project result - growth of efficiency of selection and training of employees, a possibility of formation of a talent pool. The first events for personel assessment according to the developed methodology are held in December, 2014.
