On August 12, 2015 the company "" announced Business to Дом.ru system implementation of e-document flow of "Kontur.Diadok" for transfer of reporting documents to corporate clients in electronic form.

A system from the Kontur special design bureau developer added the EDMS "GSI" which the operator began to use in 2014 within development of channels of self-service. Now clients "Дом.ru Business" can receive and process legally significant electronic documents on communication services, having selected "GSI" or "Diadoc".

By means of system implementation of e-document flow of "Kontur.Diadok" "Дом.ru" increased Business number of the clients using electronic document management for obtaining reporting documents. Corporate clients can create and receive electronic versions of reporting documents for communication services at any convenient time in "personal account" of the company on the website of the operator which is integrated with the Kontur.Diadok system.

To receive documents for communication services in electronic form, the client needs to activate service to the address www.diadoc.ru, using the existing certificate of the qualified electronic signature (QES). The service of obtaining documents through e-document flow of "Kontur.Diadok" for clients "Business" is free Дом.ru.

"Cooperation with chief operators of e-document flow allowed us to simplify document flow significantly, – Elena Ventslavovich, the director " said Дом.ru Business". – Clients "Дом.ru Business" already estimated advantages of work with electronic documents in the GSI system, having reduced time and expenses on receiving and processing of reporting documentation. Today more than 30% of clients "Дом.ru Business" actively use legally significant e-document flow from "GSI" by preparation of the reporting under communication services. Thanks to implementation of e-document flow of "Kontur.Diadok" until the end of 2016 we are going to increase the number of active users of e-document flow up to 90%".
