Smartec STNR-1642P-N IP video recorders

The range of the equipment of the Smartec trademark was filled up in the summer of 2015 by the STNR-1642P-N IP video recorders performing acceptance, record, storage and broadcast of video from 16 IP cameras of different producers. New products are supplied with 8 interfaces for P2P-connection of IP cameras and video outputs for monitors have HDMI/VGA and Spot. Besides, each video recorder 16-channel can record video with the permission to Full HD and update rate up to 30 fps on 6 built-in hard drives which are purchased separately, proceeding from problems of video surveillance, and for expansion of a videoarchive the 16-channel device of a video allows to use external network storages.

The new video recorder is supplied with gigabit port (1xGigabit Ethernet) for connection to an Ethernet network and 8 ports on 100 Mbit for direct connection of IP cameras on Peer to Peer (P2P) technology without external use of Ethernet of the switch. At the same time the video recorder 16-channel allows to perform configuring of the IP cameras connected through P2P through the menu and also provides a possibility of giving of a power supply on them on PoE technology with a power of 120 W when installing two payments of STG-PNVR which are purchased separately from the 16th channel device.

Record of video of the Full HD standard (1920х1080 px.) the new video recorder executes in H.264 format with the general frame rate of 480 fps, i.e. up to 30 fps on each canal. For increase in high-speed performance and decrease in load of the central processor video recorder 16 channel processes 2 flows of video from each IP camera connected to it and broadcasts one flow of high resolution, for example, for signing up in archive, and the second with smaller image resolution for an output to the monitor of the operator in the multiscreen mode with a size of window 3x3 or 4x4. It should be noted that reproduction of archive video files performs this 16th channel device with the maximum parameters of permission and frame rate.

Remote access to one or several video writer devices of the STNR-hkh42r-N series provides the full-function software of NVR Manager which completes everyone with NVR the Smartec video recorder. Software supports a full range of the functions necessary for watching the current and archive video, copying of the written data with HDD on the PC, etc. Thanks to existence of the built-in Web server, 16-channel authorized users can get access on network to the video recorder through the web browser. For watching video from mobile devices 16 the channel device supports the special client applications softwares NVR Manager for the IOS and Android OS platforms.

STNR-1642P-N accepts and processes these video analysts of VCA from the NEYRO series Smartec IP cameras, and this video recorder can work as with the basic, and optional intelligent modules VCA. Moreover, the video recorder with 16 channels is capable to bring automatically to the main monitor of the operator of a video surveillance system the current image from cameras with active video analytics in a full-screen format and also to perform search in archive of the interesting video fragments in video analytics metadata. Also STNR-1642P-N has 16 inputs of alarm intended for connection of external security sensors.

Capacity of local archive STNR-1642P-N can be increased gradually depending on the used write modes and required storage time of video. For installation of hard drives in the body of the video recorder there are 6 slots for SATA HDD and also separate port eSATA for connection of the external RAID5 disk array. At the organization of a system of video monitoring on a small object the video recorder with 16 ports is connected to the monitor via the HDMI/VGA interface and brings to it the image in fully - or the multiscreen mode (4, 9 or 16 windows), and for control display of video from the selected cameras from 16 possible the Spot-monitor can be used (BNC a video output).
