Alexander was born in 1973.

In 1998 graduated from the Novosibirsk medical institute.

In 2004 worked in BMB Firm LLC.

Worked in ROSTA Ltd.

Worked in Veropharm Ltd.

From 2004 to 2007 Solovenchuk worked as the partnership director of MTS branch of JSC the macroregion Siberia.

In 2007 and for 2008 fulfilled duties of the marketing director of branch, then within a month held a position of the director of work with retail market.

In 2008 it is appointed the director of the macroregion Siberia of MTS company.

For August 11, 2015 Alexander Leonidovich Solovenchuk works as the director of MTS in Siberia.
