On August 17, 2015 "CASE" became known of implementation in administration of the Vologda region of an electronic document management system.
Project Progress
At the beginning of December, 2007 the administration of the Vologda region purchased 16 jobs of the CASE system, 14 jobs of a subsystem of "DELO-WEB" allowing to ensure full-fledged remote work and 7 jobs of the option "Scanning" for simplification of translation of paper documents in an electronic form.

The option "Monitoring of Documents" is in addition purchased (it is intended for the notification of officials on receipt of documents and resolutions and also the anticipatory notification on control completion dates, vising and signings of documents).
Creation of an automated system of document flow on the platform EDMS "CASE" will help administrations of the Vologda region to increase efficiency by means of process automation of registration, processing and passing of documents, ensuring continuous control of execution of management decisions from the management.
