On August 17, 2015 the Krug company announced commissioning of a monitoring system of technology process of galvanic chromizing of gates on SCADA KRUG-2000 platform by request of the Shtok-Avto plant.
Project Progress
Specialists of the contractor executed:
- development of the design estimates
- installation works
- delivery corporate and application software
- commissioning and complex approbation of a system.
The equipment of the DB server is placed in console construction of the Konsergo series.

Project Results
Basic functions of the implemented system:
- Collecting, archiving and representation on a panel of the operator of information on a condition of equipment and process parameters of chromizing
- Control of values of temperature of electrolyte, tension and current intensity with fixing of their exit for the set borders
- Control of duration of transactions of warming up, resensitizing and chromizing of products
- Formation of the protocol confirming observance of regulations of technical process
- Formation of the protocol of violations of production schedules with indication of date/time, duration and a type of violation
- Formation by the operator-technologist of regime cards for chromizing of new types of products.
Collecting of technology data from devices of different producers is executed by means of use of the OPC server of protocols of MODBUS of development of NPF Krug.
In May, 2015 at the Shtok-Avto LLC enterprise audit of production process of chromizing of gates within control of production of gate latches according to requirements of JSC Transneft was completed.
