On August 17, 2015 announced NAUMEN integrator independent start of outsourcing contact center in the company Call center of innovations on the Naumen Contact Center platform, at consulting maintenance of specialists of NAUMEN.
Project Results
The pacing factors which provided to INNKTs fast start and minimization of capital investments in the project – creation of contact center on the platform allowing to use on servers and jobs freely extended by software (Linux, Ubuntu, PostgreSQL), simplicity of solution deployment, the license policy of NAUMEN.
