2017: Optimization of structure of software products

The Galex company in January, 2018 announced implementation of SAM technology in Otdelenchesky clinical hospital at the Russian Railway station Barnaul.

Project Tasks

The main objective of specialists of Galex was optimization of structure of the available software products for the purpose of minimization of legal risks and finance costs on software products. The customer set the purpose not just to reach absolute legality of all software in the present, but also maintenance of this mode in the future.

For preparation for acquisition of licenses of Microsoft the management and IT specialists needed reconciliation of the available and used software products of Microsoft. Also before IT department there was a task to define the main directions of development of IT infrastructure, including aspects of information security.

Project Progress

The unrolled analytics, recommendations and detailed plan of actions was provided to the customer.

In the project progress the complete inventory of the set software was executed and the SAM technology is implemented that allowed clinic to reduce legal risks and to raise the security level and productivity of work of IT infrastructure of the organization in general.

Project Results

On project completion the customer received:

• Recommendations about protection against fraud and thefts, including unauthorized connection of the dismissed employees or irrelevant partners.
• Lack of effects from unconscious or conscious downloading of malware.
• Exception of unreasonable costs (acquisition of excess software).
• Safe management of program assets and effective practice in the field of cyber security.

Medical institutions — some of those for whom questions cybersecurity are most relevant and important. Readiness for the changing threats requires not only existence of relevant products, but also system following to international standards. 2015: Prolongation of 250 licenses Kaspersky Endpoint Security

On August 17, 2015 it became known of prolongation of action of 250 licenses softwares of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for railway city hospital of Barnaul. The procedure of prolongation was performed by STC of Galex company.

Project Tasks

In railway city hospital of Barnaul high requirements to solutions of security of corporate IT infrastructure: in clinic protection against network threats and the virus attacks is used.

• certificates,
• compliance to requirements of the legislation

Project Results
