On January 13, 2015 the OntargIT company announced project completion of system implementation of management of relationship with dealers and clients (CRM) on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 platform in company DP "AVTO International".
Project Results
The CRM project for DP "AVTO International" is executed on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 platform that helped to optimize customer relationship management and was a main objective of the project.

In the course of implementation of CRM in company DP "AVTO International" optimization of the reporting is performed. With system implementation formation of the daily reporting is automated:
- on types of customer appeals with structuring
- on brands,
- to models,
- to dealers
- to dates.
Problems of reporting of stories of potential and final sales with reflection of the complete information of a card of clients and cars, formations of the list of the cars sold to dealers and those that are not sold to clients, formation of base of clients and other reporting under data retrieveds yet are solved.

Within the project the problem of business process optimization was designated:
- Accounting;
- Tax accounting;
- Management of finance;
- Distribution of cars and spare parts;
- Retail sales of spare parts and cars;
- Guarantee for cars / spare part and service maintenance within dealer network;
- The processes connected with service station.
