"Harvest" replicated a system of accounting of working time on divisions

By means of BioTime processes of a time recording are automated. And leaving from it employees register arrival time for work, scanning fingerprints. The image of a print will be transformed to digital model from which it is impossible to recover initial "picture".

On July 27, 2017 the BioLink Solutions company announced the project in network of Urozhay restaurants on implementation of a biometric system of accounting of time of BioTime.

The management of R-Group decided to increase efficiency of use of a resource of the business — working time of employees. For this purpose on an input to the work area BioLink FingerPass terminals with biometric scanners are installed.

Employees note the arrival to a workplace, putting a finger to the scanner. Also going away from work or short-term exits (smoke breaks, lunch time) is so noted. Every day management of the company receives by e-mail automatically created reports with information on the one which of employees is present at a workplace who was late or did not come to work. In BioTime there is an option of the notification on delay as well by the SMS. Notifications can be sent to both the employee, and his chief.

The favorable impression of the biometric BioTime system developed already at a stage of its installation. This process does not require involvement of qualified professionals, any employee of IT department is capable to cope with it. And the interface of the program is intuitive to all workers.
