SAP Workforce Performance Builder is the special software for user training and increase in level of their competence.

A system helps to create and unroll quickly qualitative documentation, context sensitive help systems, text scripts and the systems of e-learning. Thereof - reduction in cost of ownership of SAP solutions and performance improvement of work of employees.

In composition four components: Producer, Instant Producer, Manager, Navigator.

Producer is the component available to the Author/developer of content. Appointment of Producer is a record, editing and the publication of content. Opportunities available for this purpose:

  • 3 types of simulation;

  • fast e-learning;
  • contextual help to the user;
  • rewriting of content;
  • support of 39 languages;
  • fast placement and access to content.

Instant Producer - the abridged version Producer, it is available to normal users. Using Instant Producer the user has an opportunity to create any simulation and the document during any transaction in a system.

Manager is the component available for responsible for distance learning. It helps to manage lifecycle of content and to manage:

  • workflows;
  • roles and access to a system;
  • users and training.

The reporting under learning process is provided in the Manager component. Support of communication with the databases DB SQL, Oracle is provided.

Navigator is the context sensitive help, in other words acts as "assistant" to the user. Main Functions:

  • ensuring the help during transaction;
  • automatic emergence of information (in in advance configured place).
  • the navigator recommends permissible values, provides the examples and possible data necessary for entering into fields, forms and tables.


According to the statement of developers, use of a product helps:
