Complex automated information system of cataloguing of resources of formation of St. Petersburg

In St. Petersburg within solution N3. Education the End-to-end automated system of cataloguing of education which provides is implemented:

  • Rendering to citizens and the organizations of the public services in electronic form connected with education
  • Reception of applications, registration and transfer of children in educational institutions, including preschool
  • Maintaining electronic diary and magazine of progress
  • Providing information on results of the passed examinations, testing and other entrance tests and also about transfer in educational institution (the USE and a SFE)
  • Providing information on educational programs and curricula, working programs of training courses, objects, disciplines (modules), annual calendar educational diagrams, order of carrying out certifications

The Committee on Education of St. Petersburg started service of electronic registration in kindergartens

On April 14, 2014 it became known of start in St. Petersburg of "Electronic Queue in Kindergartens" service. The project is implemented by Netrika company, the St. Petersburg information and analytical center and Committee on Education.

The scheme according to which exchange of the statuses of statements between the Commission on completing of public pre-school educational institutiones and the applicant is adjusted corresponds to the methodical recommendations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

Electronic diary

As of 2009 the Electronic Diary service developed by Netrika was implemented at 711 schools of St. Petersburg. In 2011 more than 70,000 parents whose children studied at the St. Petersburg schools became users of service. Maintaining Electronic Diary and the electronic journal is the public service of St. Petersburg providing operational, reliable and safe informing parents and students on the training course.
