Goals and Objectives

In 2014 together with Rostelecom company works on upgrade of the Portal of public services of the Leningrad Region were performed. For the organization of providing public services in electronic form to citizens of receiving by the Customer the tasks were set: bring new public services to the portal, increase convenience of using taking into account modern requirements for a usability of interfaces.

• Increase in number of the public and municipal services rendered in electronic form on the LO CCGT from 10 to 100
• Creation of the portal of GU LO with the modern interface and methods of interaction with users
• Providing is fresher than information on departments and the services rendered by departments of the Leningrad Region. It is reached at the expense of an itegration with the register of public services of the Leningrad Region
• Accomplishment of the order of the government that services on the regional websites should be available according to the account of a Unified identification and authentication system

Results

• The new design concept of the portal is developed and approved.
• Rendering 100 public and municipal services in electronic form to citizens is provided.
• Users can submit applications for services as with a corporal appearance to department, and far off using the electronic signature (EDS).
• The SMS notification subsystem allowing to be integrated on http/https with SMS gateways and to inform applicants on change of the status of service in the SMS is developed.
• After start of the portal it is mentioned growth of number of the users registered in a Unified identification and authentication system.
