Accor Group equipped the conference center of hotel with a complex of the audiovisual equipment

On August 20, 2015 it became known of an implementation project in Mercure hotel of the Accor group of a complex of the audiovisual equipment on the 6th floor of the building. Integrator in the project the Voronezh representative office of Polymedia - Polymedia Voronezh.

Project Tasks

The task of the company included equipment by a complex of audiovisual equipment 6 of the floor of the building of Mercure hotel Voronezh - the conference center consisting of 4 conference rooms. It was required to integrate them in uniform space, but, if necessary, with a possibility of autonomous use of each hall.

Project Results

The Voronezh representative office of Polymedia the Polymedia Voronezh company acted as integrator in the project of hotel of the international hotel chain Accor.

The solution developed by the contractor met all requirements of hotel management, representing the transforming hall for large-scale actions and the small, going in parallel seminars, by means of integration of a set of audiovisions:

• information displays,
• scoring,
• video broadcastings,
• switching and signal transmission,
• managements of visualization, etc.

The project team provided multifunction use of the display systems in the project: in time, free from actions, displays are not switched off, and become network of the distributed displays and broadcast information on hotel and its services in the Digital Signage mode.
