Maintenance:

  • Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
  • Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
  • The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
  • The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
  • Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
  • At the request of the user the selection of consulting and methodical materials from an information system of the ITS PROF is performed
  • Setup and check of access to the Internet version of ITS and to Internet services "Ask a Question to the Line of Consultations of 1C", "Ask a Question to the Auditor" is made
  • Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
  • Individual or group training to work with an information system of ITS is made
  • Monthly acquaintance of users with new materials of the ITS PROF is made
  • Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made

Description

Core activity of Metakom-Plus LLC company is access control equipment manufacturing (on-door speakerphones, negotiation tubes, video cameras). For implementation of large-scale production, the enterprise needed to adjust schedule system and control of accomplishment of production plans, to organize work of workshops of production and not to allow increase in costs of production. With respect thereto the management of the enterprise made the decision on automation, namely, there was a task to reduce costs for support of work of the old accounting system, to adjust sales pattern and control of products and not to allow growth of costs of production.

When choosing the management selected solutions for accounting automation "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of manufacturing enterprise".

The functionality of this system is suitable for the solution of the tasks set for the enterprise. As a result of implementation 12 jobs are automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

  • Cash management;
  • Payroll calculation;
  • Calculation of price-work salary for dresses;
  • Product data management – structure of a product;
  • Product data management – the production technology;
  • Purchase management;
  • Inventory management;
  • Management of repairs;
  • Products cost accounting;
  • Sales management;
  • Sales planning;
  • Volume and calendar production planning;
  • Purchase planning.

Time for formation of the regulated reporting was as a result reduced. Quicker reports for the management form. 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 helped to make the analysis of business activities of the enterprise faster and transparent. Employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. There was an opportunity to plan purchases, to control warehouse stocks.
