Ivanovo Plant of Lighting Engineering Elektro LLC (1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8)

Ivanovo Plant of Lighting Engineering Elektro LLC is a producer of lighting and shchetino-brush products. The nomenclature of the released lamps contains more than one hundred products. The company is the leader in production of lighting products. Number of staff of the company 224 persons.

Taking into account increase in production need of more perfect automation in addition to automation of accounting and tax accounting, personnel management, payroll calculation, accounting of Inventories, etc. increased in the company, accounting, cost value accounting, personnel records, stock accounting and purchases in uniform information base was necessary for the company production.

When choosing a new automated system it was considered, the fact that Ivanovo Plant of Lighting Engineering Elektro LLC already used programs of 1C and process of transition was simplest and did not take a lot of time.

As a result of implementation the following departments were automated:

• accounting;
• production;
• personnel department;
• purchasing department.

The following tasks were automated:

• Accounting and tax accounting
• Production accounting
• Personnel management, payroll calculation
• Cash management
• Management of fixed assets
• Purchases, implementation

1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 allows to keep account of all aspects of financial and economic activity in uniform base, to carry out full monitoring and to timely make necessary management decisions.

At present works are conducted works on maintenance of the client and service within 1C:ITS. Further commissioning of subsystems of cost accounting, management of customer relation, order management in production, production plannings volume and calendar, budgetings and also increase in quantity of jobs is planned.
