Description

Kuban Sugar Company LLC is management company in the field of sugar production. The company was formed in 2009, in the state several dozens of employees work.

Taking into account increase in production need of more perfect automation in addition to automation of accounting and tax accounting, personnel management, payroll calculation, accounting of Inventories, etc. increased in the company, accounting, cost value accounting, personnel records, stock accounting and purchases, etc. was necessary for the company production.

When choosing a new automated system it was considered, the fact that Kuban Sugar Company LLC already used programs of 1C and process of transition was simplest and did not take a lot of time.

As a result of implementation the following departments were automated:

• accounting,
• personnel department,
• department of supply,
• sales office.

The following tasks were automated:

• accounting and tax accounting
• production accounting (accounting of processing at the provider)
• cost accounting
• purchase management, sales and stocks
• management of fixed assets
• personnel management, payroll calculation
• cash management
• budgeting (is implemented)

1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 allows to keep account of all aspects of financial and economic activity in uniform base, to carry out full monitoring and to timely make necessary management decisions.

There was a possibility of cost accounting of products that allows us to calculate truly the cost of our products and to compete in the market

At present works are conducted works on maintenance of the client and service within 1C:ITS.

And also adding of jobs in connection with expansion of production "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" is planned used on 10 computers, with increase in production expansion of jobs is planned.
