• Accounting is accounting, tax, budget, including the regulated reporting

Maintenance:

• Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed
• Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed
• The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used
• Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
• Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed
• The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
• Preferential support of 1C:ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version)
• At the request of the user the selection of consulting and methodical materials from an information system of the ITS PROF is performed
• Setup and check of access to the Internet version of ITS and to Internet services "Ask a Question to the Line of Consultations of 1C", "Ask a Question to the Auditor" is made
• Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made
• Individual or group training to work with an information system of ITS is made
• Monthly acquaintance of users with new materials of the ITS PROF is made
• Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made

Description

IP Salmina Veronika Aleksandrovna is engaged in production and distribution of confectionery products in all territory of the Russian Federation. Early worked at the software product developed independently which did not satisfy to all requirements of our enterprise regarding full automation of a management system. There were difficulties by preparation of the regulated reporting, difficulties with operational, production and inventory control, cost accounting. All types of accounting were conducted separately from each other.

For the purpose of increase in controllability by company management the decision on implementation of the new software product which would allow to cope with the existing difficulties and to increase quality of conducting production, operational and regulated accounting was made.

As the software product for creation of a new information system the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" which standard functionality completely corresponded to specifics of activity of the company was selected.

During the project specialists of the company made installation and setup of a system, organized training of employees at jobs, rendered consultations on work with a system. In total 25 jobs were automated and the following subsystems are brought into operation:

• accounting
• tax accounting
• cost accounting
• production accounting
• cash accounting
• budgeting
• registration of personnel and salary

As a result of implementation employees got rid of need of accomplishment of many transactions manually. The salary is calculated much quicker. The quantity of errors at information input decreased that affects reliability of credentials. The reliability and speed of preparation of reports for the management increased. There was an opportunity to control production processes of date of transmission of materials in production before finished product output.

• Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
