Description
Olimp LLC is engaged in implementation of furniture of Stolplit factory (www.stolplit.ru) in the territory of the South of Russia. In the company about 50 people work.
Earlier in the company were used the 1C: Accounting 7.7 configuration with completions under specifics of accounting. The decision on implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 was made due to the need of job enrichment of the available automated system.
The decision on implementation at the enterprise of an end-to-end system of automation was made. As a basic configuration it was developed "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". The choice was based that the configuration comprises all necessary functionality for creation of an enterprise management system and also a system has a set of positive reviews with rapid implementation. As a result of implementation was:
- personnel training is provided;
- remaining balance is transferred;
- documents since the beginning of 2012 are entered.
- delivery of the electronic reporting.
Using the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product the following tasks are at the moment automated:
- Accounting
- Tax accounting
- Cost accounting
- Personnel management
- Payroll calculation
- Cash management
- Management of fixed assets
- Purchase management
- Budgeting
As a result of implementation 40 jobs are automated. As a result of implementation of a software package our enterprise received a single automated system of accounting.
Further increase in quantity of jobs to 50 and service on 1C:ITS is planned
