In PKF Proxima LLC the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product was implemented. PKF Proxima LLC is engaged in processing of dairy products and production of ice cream, and also production of spices. Is one of the largest enterprises in the Rostov region. Production of the Sugar horn "Big Daddy" with condensed milk became the biggest and successful project of the company. Sugar rozhek "Big Daddy" became so popular that his range had to be expanded.

PKF Proxima LLC is the largest company of Azov and one of the largest and quickly developing company of the Rostov region.

Permanent increase in production and growth of the range of production began to require constant control and planning of production process. And also, in connection with opening of the new line of processing of dairy raw materials, it was necessary to increase the speed of shipment of finished goods since dairy raw materials are perishable products.

Software products of the 1C family were already used in PKF Proxima LLC therefore the question of the choice of the producer of the software product did not stand. As a result in operation 10 jobs were implemented. Using the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product work of the following divisions is automated:

• department of accounting;
• warehouse;
• production;
• personnel department;
• sales department;

The following tasks were automated:

• accounting of purchases;
• stock accounting;
• accounting;
• tax accounting;
• payroll;
• fixed asset accounting;
• sales management;
• management of settlement

As a result of implementation it was succeeded to increase the speed of shipment of finished goods that for production of perishable products is very important factor. Implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" helps to structure more accurately organizational charts of work and to personify responsibility of workers for the section of work, and also helps conducting settlement.

At present time the product is started in work completely. Further consultation on the course use of the software product is planned.
