Description

The Akvadar LLC company successfully works at the market of soft drinks since 2001, high quality of products and in-depth examination of a conjuncture of the market of soft drinks allowed to reach that level of competence which made the company some of leading manufacturers of the industry in Rostov-on-Don and the Rostov region. In Akvadar LLC the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product was implemented.

At the beginning of 2008 there was industrial automation and requirement to get rid of routine work, the decision on implementation of a new automated system was made. Software products of the 1C family were already used in Akvadar LLC therefore the question of the choice of the producer of the software product did not stand. And program products of 1C Company already had enough examples of implementation at the enterprises of the different industries.

The specialists implementing the software product were faced by a task to reduce all types of accounting in one base, to automate production process.

As a result in operation 5 jobs were implemented.

As a result of implementation it was succeeded to increase the speed of shipment of finished goods.

Implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" helped to structure more accurately organizational charts of work and to personify responsibility of workers for the section of work. Disposal of routine work and industrial automation became the most important advantage of automation.

Using the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product work of the following divisions is automated:

  • department of accounting;
  • sales department;
  • personnel department;
  • purchasing department;
  • warehouse;
  • production.

The following tasks were automated:

  • accounting;
  • tax accounting;
  • payroll;
  • production management;
  • purchase management and stocks.

Implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" helped to structure more accurately organizational charts of work and to personify responsibility of workers for the section of work. Disposal of routine work and industrial automation became the most important advantage of automation.

Heads see clearer picture about income and expenses of the company.

Process of implementation is complete, maintenance and subscriber services is planned.
