Description

IP Kitaykin A.B. is the largest producer of sanitary and hygienic paper products in the south of Russia and exists in the market since 1998. Steadily and dynamically develops, in staff of 200 people.

The purpose of implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was to receive an end-to-end automated system using which will perhaps receive data on all structural divisions of the company, and, above all - industrial automation was necessary.

Using the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product work of the following divisions is automated:

• department of accounting;
• warehouse;
• production;
• sales department;
• personnel department;
• department of logistics.

The following tasks were automated:

• accounting;
• Tax accounting
• accounting of purchases;
• stock accounting;
• accounting of shipment of finished goods;
• payroll;
• accounting of finished product output;
• cost accounting of finished goods.

As a result of implementation 10 jobs are automated.

Industrial automation thanks to what it was succeeded to increase the speed of finished goods became one of the biggest results. And also now there is an opportunity to carry out the analysis of business activities of the enterprise.
