Description

The EKODOM LLC company is engaged in production of plastic windows and metalwork.

Due to growth of business more powerful and modern automated system was required. After market research the complex software product "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" of already checked producer - 1C Company was selected, and the possibility of industrial automation was the main advantage of this product.

After implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" were automated:

• Department of accounting;
• Technology department;
• Material department;
• Warehouse;
• Production.

The following tasks were automated:

• formation of management and accounting records;
• accounting, accounting of taxes;
• movement of goods on storage locations;
• the reference on shipment of products;
• settlement reconciliation statement;
• partial reversal of documents;
• accounting on cash desk and bank;
• creation of uniform information base;
• accounting and planning in cash;
• production planning taking into account incoming orders;
• the cost accounting on production.

In an implementation project deliverable 25 jobs are brought into operation.
