Description

The JSC Aksay-1 company is one of the largest trading companies in the Southern Federal District implementation of the cars "Hyundai Accent", "Hyundai Sonata" is engaged in trade in cars.

Due to the development of the company the reliable automated system using which it would be possible to automate accounting of the large trading company was necessary.

The main objective of automation was to adjust accounting, payroll, operational accounting and upravlenche6sky accounting.

Before implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" the company already used software "1C: Bukhgalteriyayu 8" and "1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7" therefore the question of software maker did not stand. The solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" allowed to implement accounting, logistics, budgeting, management accounting.

After implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" the following departments were automated:

• Department of accounting;
• Department of logistics;
• Sales department;
• Warehouse.

The following tasks were automated:

• formation of management and accounting records;
• control of receivables;
• accounting, accounting of taxes;
• movement of goods on storage locations;
• the reference on shipment of products;
• settlement reconciliation statement;
• partial reversal of documents;
• accounting on cash desk and bank;
• creation of uniform information base.

The works on automation of JSC Aksay-1 are completed.

As a result of implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" it was succeeded to increase service rate and quality of work with buyers. Reliable information about existence and complete sets of goods is at any time available to sellers.

Implementation of software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" helps to structure more accurately organizational charts of a company performance and to separate responsibility between workers, there was an opportunity to consider efficiency of each employee at salary accrual.
