JSC The Tenth Bearing Plant (1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management)

In process of growth of business GPZ-10 plant had a need for a complex avtomatiziation of all accounting. For automation of all types of accounting the program for complex automation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8.0 was selected.

The following tasks were automated:

• check and filling of the entering orders of buyers, formation of orders of buyers in 1C, reflection of orders in management accounting;
• formation of the plan of the order in production;
• operational planning on cash receipt;
• formation of documentation;
• placement of finished goods on warehouses and places storage;
• reporting in 1C;
• formation of the expected cash receipts from consumers;
• operational bringing information on cash flow to the management;
• completely centralized accounting;
• accounting of finished goods;
• accounting of settlings with employees of the enterprise;
• the cost accounting on production;
• accounting of taxes;
• remote access of Trading House of GPP;
• The plan of the order in production;
• Packing list;
• The certificate on a returnable container;
• The delivery note for protection;
• Movement of goods on storage locations;
• The financial reference on cash receipt and product sales;
• the operational reference on financing of divisions;
• Official report to the head;
• Connection to 1C of MMB bank;
• The memo on payment from the checking account;
• The reference on shipment of products;
• The reference on return and shipment of defects on partners and the nomenclature;
• Settlement reconciliation statement;
• Remaining balance of finished goods in a warehouse on nomenclature groups.

For further successful work the GENDALF company trained 120 employees of GPZ-10 and the staff of programmers for dalneshy use of the program is prepared.

Today 140 employees of "GPZ-10" keep account in uniform information base on the basis of "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" 8.0.
